The Lingam inside the temple is three faced
and is believed to present Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva Himself.

Inside premises of temple, the sight is
mesmerizing .You see many priests chanting Holy Mantras, people involved in
rituals, small idols of Lord Vishnu carved out on inner walls. The main Lingam
is situated at bit low region hence to get full glimpse is not possible, so a
mirror reflecting full ShivLinga is placed,
which do serves full purpose .Water is used in large quantities in daily
rituals to purify the Lingam, followed
by long rites to decorate it with flowers, sandal and other objects of
religious importance. Some also believe that eroding Lingam signifies
deteriorating values in human society.

The sight outside
the main temple caught my attention, Vedic rites were being performed. Many of
'doshas' have astrological
significance also, like the much hyped Kaal-Sarp
yoga formed by Rahu/Ketu axis. Pitradosh
pooja is another major rite performed here by local priests.
Generally these
kind of rites take quite long period of time to get completed and even cost
heavy on pockets too, but deep belief overpowers all other factors here.As tradition is
deeply rooted in Indian soul, such sights are common in many parts of country.
Mesmerizing, Giant , Idol of Lord Hanuman. The Love in the eye of lord would melt you inside. Lying in the laps of Beautiful Anjneri Mountain, the birth place of Lord himself.
It is believed that
Lord Hanuman, the Superman from Indian Epic Ramayana, was born in hills of
Anjeneri. There is a temple getting built which is as beautiful as this idol.
Local priest explains that the small Lord idol is said to be self-appeared from
the lap of mother earth.
Sita
gufa as it is called, it is the place where
Sita, the wife of Lord Rama hide herself when Ravana abducted her, in the epic Ramayana. This place is though
quite congested, still attracts huge crowd owning to its mythological
importance. This huge tree which lie just at the entrance of the cave can be
seen with colourful threads, which is actually a sacred thread in Indian
tradition .Such sights are common in the places of religious importance and show
how deeply faith in infused in psyches of people of this country.
